We want to make sure that you and your purchase remains friends for life. That’s why, for all BandEdge members, we guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship up to one year. If any item does not conform to this standard, we will replace or repair the item for BandEdge members for up to one year from the date of purchase. This offer applies to only manufacturer’s defects. Other conditions apply*.
Normal wear, cosmetic flaws caused after purchase, resharpening, misuse of any kind, use in an unintended way, damage caused by neglect, accidental damage, or damage caused by lack of required maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
House of Knives Warranty Policy
To determine if your item qualifies for a warranty return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photos identifying the warranty problem and a detailed description of the warranty problem. You will receive a response accepting or denying your claim within 5 business days.
*Please note that House of Knives ability to warranty items depends on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Some manufacturer’s warranty policies do not allow House of Knives to warranty their items, and as such, we are not able to apply our one-year warranty to certain items. We apologize if this is the case.
How to Return Online-Purchased Items
If your warranty has been approved by House of Knives (contact email@example.com), you can return your items to any House of Knives location or mail it to our Returns Department:

Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is required to be shipped back to you in return, House of Knives will cover the return shipping costs.
