The Dragon 10” Chef is handcrafted in Seki City by Yaxell, using nitrogen-enriched BD1N steel that gives Dragon one of the longest lasting edges available in kitchen cutlery. This American steel is hardened to a 63 Rockwell Hardness, and yet, it retains its extreme durability. The Dragon was designed to embody Western beat-up-ability, but Japanese precision and grace of design. The Dragon’s one-piece construction is finished with a black resin Micarta handle which will last for years. Perfectly balanced and incredibly sharp, the Dragon is the ultimate knife.
