All BandEdge+ Members are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. To maintain your BandEdge+ Membership, members must adhere to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. You must provide House of Knives with a valid email address. Members must update this information as necessary to continue as a BandEdge+ member and to continue receiving membership benefits.
   
   
2. To newly sign up for BandEdge+, you must make a purchase and agree to receive our emails during the sign-up process. These two actions must be done simultaneously to successfully sign up.
   
   
3. You must subscribe to the House of Knives newsletter to become and stay a BandEdge+ member. Maintaining your BandEdge+ membership depends upon your continued subscription to the House of Knives newsletter, and if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will end your BandEdge+ membership.
   
   
4. Should you unsubscribe from the House of Knives newsletter and end your BandEdge+ membership, then wish to rejoin BandEdge+ at a later date, you must go through the process outlined in Condition #2 once again in order to sign up as a BandEdge+ member.
   
   
5. House of Knives must be able to communicate with you through the provided email address about any updates to the BandEdge+ program.
   
   
6. House of Knives will occasionally collect information about you through your use of the BandEdge+ membership and your subscription to the House of Knives newsletter. This may include but is not limited to any forms, surveys, or user-generated content you provide us, electronically or written.
   
   
7. You must be 18 years of age or older, and a legal resident of Canada, in order to participate in the BandEdge+ program. House of Knives may confirm this with any government issued identification at any time.
   
   
8. While House of Knives makes every effort to ensure the program and website is secure, House of Knives cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. By being a BandEdge+ member and maintaining your membership, you agree House of Knives is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your computer or systems.
   
   
9. House of Knives retains the right to amend, update, or end the BandEdge+ program at any time, with or without any reasonable notification to you via the email address you provide.
   
   
10. All BandEdge+ offers, coupons, and prices have a specified expiration date, and it is up to the member to be aware of these dates. House of Knives will not and is under no obligation to extend any expiration dates or to reissue any offers.
    
    
11. All BandEdge+ offers are valid on future purchases only. House of Knives will not refund a purchase and resell it to apply a BandEdge+ offer.
    
    
12. As a member, it is your sole responsibility to make your membership known before completing your transaction. BandEdge+ offers, coupons, or other benefits cannot and will not be retroactively applied to transactions once made.

 

If any condition or portion of these terms are violated, House of Knives reserves the right to terminate your membership account at any time, at its sole discretion. This may result in the immediate loss of any membership offers associated with your membership account, as deemed appropriate by House of Knives.
