The Wusthof Gourmet 10" Hollow Ground Roast Beef Slicer makes slicing a roast easy! The 10" blade is long enough to slice through most cuts of meat in a single movement, and the hollow ground edge creates small air pockets between the blade and the food which work to gently push food off the blade as you slice, reducing friction and drag. The end result is uniform slices that were easy to cut.

GOURMET knives feature a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
