This model features a stainless steel blade and rosewood handle. Grohmann offers classic Rosewood in many beautiful variations. Ranging from deep, rosy brown to blonde strips, each handle is unique as no two handles are ever the same. Plantation grown mainly in East India, this special wood is selected for its durability, colour & rich grain. A good solid handle material that gets a better grip after use, but like any good knife with quality steel it is not recommended to be left soaking in water. Rosewood is always an excellent choice for a classic handle.
