House of Knives Warehouse Sale FAQ

Q. Where can I park?

A. You can park along any of the streets near the warehouse. Please observe any posted signage and listen to directions given by staff. Do not park in the main lot in front of the warehouses or you will be towed.

Q. I’ve never been to a warehouse sale. Is there anything I should do differently while shopping?

A. Warehouse sales are very popular events that attract a large number of people all at once, so it can be crowded due to all the excitement. As a result, we recommend that you try to make your purchase decision as quickly as you can. We have staff on hand that can answer any questions.

Q. Will I have to wait in line long to get in?

A. There will be a line, and we will be moving customers through as quickly as we can. We will do everything we can to avoid overcrowding by limiting customers in the venue. However, your wait time is dependent on how quickly customers make their decisions and check out. The quicker customers make their decisions, the more people we can move through the venue.

Q. Can I come back if I want to shop again?

A. Of course! You can line up and come through the sale as many times as you would like. This also helps keep the line moving so that everyone can take part in this special event without having to wait too long in line. Plus, we're open throughout the weekend.

Q. What kind of products will you be selling? Will I encounter defective products?

A. There will be new, demo, scratch & dent, and store display items. You may encounter products with box damage or missing boxes. Open box and demo items are inspected and we do our best to ensure that items featured in this sale are in working order.

Q. I just purchased something at a store. Will I see that product on sale here?

A. None of the products at our warehouse sale are available in our retail stores or online. If you'd like something from our warehouse sale, then you'll need to be here to get it.

Q. What types of payment will you be taking?

A. Accepted methods of payment for this special event include debit, credit (VISA/MC) or cash. Gift cards and coupons will not be available as a payment method for this event.

Q. I’m a House of Knives BandEdge Member. Will I get EdgePoints for my purchases?

A. There will be no BandEdge points issued for any transactions at this special event. And as covered in our payment methods above, we will not be accepting any coupons, which includes BandEdge coupons, at this event.

Q. What is the return policy for items purchased at the event?

A. All sales from this event are final. They cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our retail locations.

Q. Do items I purchase at the sale have a warranty?

A. House of Knives does not warrant or guarantee the items from this special event. Any items found defective or DOA can be exchanged during the duration of the event only. Some items may have applicable manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturer for details with proof of purchase.
