Sport Knives
The Sporting knife is one of man’s oldest tools, and has remained in use for its proven utility and versatility. A sport knife can be used to cut rope, open packaging, skin game, clear brush, slice food, sharpen pencils, open boxes, make kindling, carve wood… the list could literally go on for hours.
Sporting knives come in two forms: folding blade and fixed blade. A folding knife can fold to fit in your pocket, and features opening and locking mechanisms. A fixed blade knife doesn’t fold, is stronger and heavier, and is carried in a sheath.
