Shun Hiro displays an exquisite Damascus-clad pattern, created by layering 64 layers of steel over the SG2 powdered steel core with an HRC of 64. Finished with a mirror-polish, these blades are hand-hammered, creating a rippled effect that looks beautiful and helps food release from the blade. Ambidextrous crimson and charcoal Pakkawood handles adorn the tang of these blades, comfortably contouring to both left and right-handed users.
