The Wüsthof Urban Farmer 7" Nakirii  is a versatile vegetable knife, designed to excel at slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables and fruit. With a thin but wide blade, it easily produces very fine and even cuts. The hollow ground indentations on the edge help create air pockets, aiding in slicing wet and starchy foods like potatoes so they don't stick to the blade. Not suitable for bones, joints, or frozen foods.
