The Zwilling Pro 7” fillet knife is used to fillet and prepare fish. It features a long and very flexible blade which allows it to move easily along the backbone and under the skin of fish. Whether sea bass, salmon, tilapia, or trout, the razor sharp fillet knife will work quickly to get it ready for the barbeque or grill. The length of blade is easier to control and makes it possible to take the entire skin off most fillets with a single pass without having to saw back and forth, creating a less desirable cut. Smaller filleting knives are great for slicing paper thin slices of lox and slicing foods for garnishing.
The traditional 3-rivet full-tang handle is taken directly from the venerable Zwilling Professional S series, and the precision forging construction process is a step ahead in knife technology.
