The Edgelogix Multi-Stage Sharpener is able to sharpen knives to either a 20° angle for traditional Western knives, or to a 16° for Asian-style knives and the newer German knives with similar angles. Now you don't need to buy two different sharpeners for all your different knives!

The silver cartidge sharpens to a 20° angle, suitable for traditional German and Western knives. The red cartridge sharpens to a 16° angle, suitable for Asian-style knives and even some of the newer German knives! It creates a convex edge so your knives have a longer-lasting and finer-cutting blade.

The fourth, fixed slot will hone serrated knives. The Multi-Stage sharpener is the only manual sharpener on the market to properly hone serrated knives. Works with scalloped and reverse-scalloped edges.
