  • How does the BandEdge+ Program work?

    BandEdge+ is an email-subscription loyalty program. It rewards you if you are subscribed to our newsletter as a BandEdge+ member. If you unsubscribe, you are no longer a member.

  • How do I sign up for BandEdge+?

    To become a BandEdge+ member, you must make a purchase and subscribe to BandEdge+ at the same time.

    To sign up in store, tell the staff you want to sign up as you make a purchase.
    To sign up online, make a purchase and check the box that says "I want to become a BandEdge+ member" during checkout.

  • How do I update my information?

    If you are subscribed to BandEdge+ emails, you can click the Update My Preferences link at the bottom of your most recent email from us. This will allow you to update your information.

  • I'm an old member. How do I become part of BandEdge+?

    If you were already a BandEdge member, to stay a member you must subscribe to BandEdge+ and receive our newsletter. Click here to transition to BandEdge+ at any time.

  • I didn't receive my Sign-Up Coupons. How do I get them?

    If you didn't receive your Sign-Up Coupons, it could be because:

    • You have not made a purchase yet.
    • You have not confirmed your BandEdge+ email subscription. Please check your spam or junk folder.

  • I'm not receiving emails from you, what's wrong?

    Please check your junk/spam folder. If not there, please email [email protected] for assistance.
