Shipments to Canada

Shipments are delivered to houses, townhome complexes, apartment buildings, and other residential addresses. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that delivery to your door, mailbox, or a Canada Post community mailbox constitutes successful delivery and receipt of your order. Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient upon delivery. Any loss or theft of packages after delivery is the responsibility of the recipient.

All shipments delayed by strikes, weather or other factors out of our control can be refunded within 30 days after receiving the item. House of Knives will provide a prepaid shipping label if a customer wishes to return an order delayed by a courier strike.

Shipments to the United States

Free Shipping over $149 Offer is not available for US orders. Free In-Store Pickup not available for US customers. Any customs or applicable fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery standards are 4-10 business days between major centres in the US and Canada. On-time delivery is not guaranteed. Customs delays may occur.

All orders going to the USA are final sale. No exceptions, due to border restrictions.

    Product descriptions posted on our product pages are the representations provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from the pictures. House of Knives is not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising, or shipping errors. Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.

    House of Knives reserves the right to alter retail prices at any time without prior notice. Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on this website. Please note that all prices reflect the cost of the item before taxes. Taxes are not included. Despite House of Knives' best efforts to display accurate prices, there may occasionally be inaccurate prices displayed on www.houseofknives.ca.

    House of Knives reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. AltE will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we are unable to verify billing and shipping information with the credit card's issuing bank.
