If you are dissatisfied with your online order, you can ship it back to our Online Returns Department within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Online Order:
- Ensure the item(s) you wish to return satisfy the below Terms & Conditions and are not Non-Returnable Items.
- Email email@example.com with an detailed description of your return or exchange request. Please email from the same email address that was given on the order.
- If there is any defect or damage to your item, please include clear photographs of the problem areas.
- Once approved, we will instruct you on the address to return your items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped in appropriate packaging to ensure the safe delivery of the package. Items received damaged will not be accepted for return. We recommend that you purchase insurance and ship the item via a traceable method.
- Items must be in original condition and include their original packaging. House of Knives reserves the right to apply a restocking fee if items do not meet this standard.

- Returns for online purchases must be approved by our Returns Department before they are sent back. Returns sent back without approval will be denied.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to House of Knives stores.
- Any "Gift/Bonus with Purchase" items must accompany the return to receive a full refund. If these items do not accompany the return, the retail value of the Gift/Bonus items will be deducted from the total refund.
- Refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment used to pay for the order.
- Items such as razors, shaving creams, manicure implements/sets, and other personal care items are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
- Items that are clearance or final sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable. Items purchased with a gift certificate or store credit are non-refundable, and can only be exchanged for another item or for another gift card/store credit.

Items purchased from other channels that are fulfilled by House of Knives must be returned via the method they are obtained. They cannot be returned or exchanged in store. Please check the return instructions for those specific channels for details.
