Brands with Limited Lifetime Warranty Services:
House of Knives is able to offer limited lifetime warranty services for select brands against manufacturing defects. We will accept, replace, and coordinate the refund from these brands if there is stock.
Eligible brands for warranty services are: Becker, Black Tusk, Buck, Castle Forbes, Cold Steel, Colonel Conk, CRKT, Dovo, EdgeLogix, Epicurean, eShave, Favourlight, Finch Knife Co., Flytanium, Fusion, GiantMouse, Ice, Kesser, Kansept, Kori, Kussi, Legnoart, Larchwood, Messermeister, Merker, Naniwa, Paul, Real Steel, Shun, Stanley, SOG, Timor, True Utility, Victorinox.
Brands with Limited Warranty Services:
For the below brands, House of Knives is able to offer limited warranty services against manufacturing defects with qualifications:
• Limited 3 Month Warranty: Suncraft, H&K Co. Ltd
• Limited 2 Year Warranty: FinaMill
• Limited 3 Year Warranty: Drill Doctor, Work Sharp
• Limited 5 Year Warranty: Airtender

For the below brands affected by a warranty problem, customers will be directed by House of Knives to contact the manufacturer directly: Artisan, Benchmade, Boker, Browne & Co, Chef's Choice, Chef'N, ChopValue, CIRB, CLISIDTO, Cold Steel, CIVIVI, DMT, Escali, Feather, Final Touch, Fenix, Fisher, Global, Grohmann, Hydro Flask, Kershaw*, Knafs, KA-BAR, Leatherman, LynchNW, Microplane, MKM, Morakniv, Nite Ize, NiteCore, Opinel, Peugeot, Scanpan, Secrid, Schrade, SENCUT, Smith & Wesson, Spyderco, Sticks & Boards, Steel Will, Swissmar, Vanderlinden, Wusthof*, WE Knife Co, Zero Tolerance*, Zippo, Zyliss, Zwilling.
*Denotes a brand that if the warranty is requested within 30 days of purchase, House of Knives will accept the request. After 30 days have elapsed, the customer will need to work with the vendor directly.
Brands Without Warranty Coverage:
A select list of brands do not accept warranties from either House of Knives or the original manufacturer: Adhoc, Beards By Design, Bisbell, Flitz, Handmade Japanese Knives, Norgent, Norpro RSVP, Resqme, Smokin' BBQ, Teak Haus, Zoku.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Items must be purchased at House of Knives, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. This warranty program covers manufacturer's defects only. This means any defects in workmanship, construction, or materials under normal use and conditions.
3. The following scenarios and causes of damage are not covered under this warranty program:
• Inappropriate use or use in an unintended way
• Abuse of the product
• Neglect or lack of required maintenance
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Any cosmetic flaws caused after purchase
• Blade chipping or tip breakage
• Resharpening or modification of the product
• Wooden handles fading, cracking, or being affected by natural wear

Please note that if your purchase is exhibiting a warranty problem after our 30 day Return Period, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any warranty requests for purchases made through Amazon must be sent to the manufacturer directly by the individual who made the purchase.
