Issue Description:
A manufacturing defect has been identified where the knife blade tip does not fully stow inside when the tool is closed. In rare cases, (estimated 0.5-1% of units), the blade tip may catch on an object and unintentionally deploy. On an abundance of caution, Leatherman is initiating a voluntary recall on affected products.
Actions Required:
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Leatherman for a replacement.

· CRKT Squid XM Button Lock Green - Jan 2025
Issue Description:
The micarta handle of this model has been found to expand differently depending on humidity and temperature, which can interfere with the proper engagement of the button lock mechanism. This expansion can prevent the knife from locking securely, creating a potential safety risk when using the product.
Actions Required:
Immediate Discontinuation of Use: We strongly advise all customers to immediately stop using the 2495GR Squid knife to prevent any safety hazards.
Return Process:

· Stanley "Switchback" and "Trigger Action" Travel Mugs - Dec 2024
Issue Description:
The threads on affected lids of the travel mug can shrink when exposed to heat and torque which can cause the lids to unexpectedly detach from the mug during use, posing a risk of burn injury to consumers.
Actions Required:
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Stanley for a free replacement lid, including shipping. Consumers will be instructed on how to dispose of the products to avoid further risk of injury.
