The Kershaw 7" Fillet Knife w/Spoon (1243SHX) gives pro anglers two convenient fillet tools in one. Prepare your catch with the razor-sharp 420J2 stainless steel blade, which has excellent stain resistance (perfect in wet environments). The blade is durable and easy to resharpen, while providing enough flex to get the most out of your fillets. The handle features a rubberized overmold with the Kershaw K-Texture, ensuring a secure grip even in slippery conditions. And at the end of the handle, a spoon for easier and more convenient cleaning of your catch. Includes a blade protector with vents that allow your knife to dry while in the sheath. A fisherman's best friend. The Kershaw 7" Fillet Knife is also available without the spoon.
