Shun Sora Knives
Shun Sora Knives are elegantly crafted by Japanese artisans, taking over 100 steps to create one knife. Sora features a san-mai edge, a traditional technique in samurai sword-making, where the cutting edge is a high carbon VG10 steel, while the upper is a Japanese 420J stainless steel. The two sections are laser cut and fit together like a puzzle piece, creating the beautiful wavy pattern.
