You have the option to pick up your order at any one of our 15 locations. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of delivery at your preferred pick-up store, or they will be returned to our warehouse.

To utilise the Free In-store Pick Up option, select “Pick Up In Store” during the check-out process and choose your preferred store location. You will contacted by the selected store location when the order arrives from our warehouse and is ready for pick up. Some exceptions apply.*

To pick up your order, you will need 2 pieces of valid ID:

• The credit card or payment method you used
• Photo ID (driver's license, provincial ID, passport, etc)

It may take between 2 – 10 business days for your order to arrive at your preferred pick up location if items are not immediately in stock at our warehouse. All orders placed through our online store are shipped directly from our warehouse only. If you wish to purchase an item immediately please contact a store closest to you for availability.
