Long and narrow, the Fusion Classic 9” Carving Knife is specifically designed to achieve thin slices of meat, whether you’re slicing ham, roasts, fish, or poultry. The fine tip is shaped for piercing tough roasted skins and getting your slices started, while the 9” blade length is suitable for almost any size of roast you make.
The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with an angle bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife's full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
