House of Knives Helps Work Sharp Culinary Launch in Canada

House of Knives is the Official Launch Partner of New Culinary-Focused Products
Burnaby, BC, Canada, Nov 28th, 2017 – House of Knives has partnered with Darex LLC to launch Work Sharp Culinary in Canada. Work Sharp Culinary is the first line from Darex to focus on the home chef, featuring flexible abrasive belts used in knife making factories. The products will be available in our stores in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as online.
“We believe that our new kitchen knife sharpeners are a perfect addition for House of Knives to offer the ‘home chef’ customer,” says Holly Corwin, Assistant Brand Manager for Work Sharp Culinary. “Easy, fast, and gentle on your knives, our sharpeners are designed for anyone to use with confidence.”
“Our goal has always been to ensure that our customers not only get the right knife, but that they also know how to keep them sharp,” says Andre Eng, President of House of Knives. “We think the Work Sharp Culinary products look great, are extremely easy to use, but most importantly, the quality of the edge produced is very impressive.”
The entire line of Work Sharp Culinary products will be available, including the E5 and E3 electric sharpeners and the M3 manual system. An upgrade kit, adapting the E5 and E3 sharpeners to allow for precision sharpening of Japanese-style kitchen knives, is also available. A series of launch events is also planned.
