Description
Celebrate a decade of community with the Kizer Saturna Micarta CKG Anniversary Knife, a limited-edition collaboration honoring 10 years of Canada Knife & Gear (CKG). What started in 2015 as a Facebook group for knife enthusiasts has grown into a tight-knit community where gear is shared and friendships are forged.
Designed by first-time maker and longtime collector Blair Desjardins, this knife is a tribute to the people and passion behind CKG. Blair Desjardins is a knife enthusiast and first-time designer based in Victoria, BC. A dedicated collector for over five years, he’s known in the community for hosting knife meets and co-leading weekly “coffee and knife talk” video chats with fellow collectors. Outside the knife world, Blair explores Vancouver Island on a dual sport motorcycle and stays active with tennis and disc golf—activities that reflect the focus and precision he brings to his knife design journey.
The Kizer Saturna Micarta CKG features a sleek compound ground drop point blade in a clean satin finish, paired with a textured black micarta handle for a refined yet rugged grip. Designed by Blair Desjardins, it offers smooth deployment with both a front flipper and thumb stud, and secures with a reliable liner lock. A titanium pocket clip ensures a discreet, low-profile carry. The knife was originally named Cash in Hand by the designer when he submitted his artwork in April.
Each knife is uniquely serialized within a limited edition and includes a matching commemorative coin. Additionally, $10 from the sale of every knife is donated directly to support the CKG community.
