Description
The Senzo Clad Santoku is designed for the home or professional chef. The European style pakkawood handles are triple riveted and feature the classic Western shape for comfort. The San Mai clad blade has a hardy and durable core of Japanese AUS-10 steel that is tempered to 60 HRC and then hand sharpened on a water wheel using the traditional “Honbazuke” technique.

May 24, 2025Hi Glen, I can understand the confusion. As much as you did make the order 7 days ago that includes 3 weekend days (including the Monday holiday) so your order only physically shipped out about 4 days ago. All of the couriers are going to be a touch slower then usual due to carrying the extra weight caused by the Canada Post strike. Fingers crossed your order arrives any moment now Thank you
