Description
With their flowing looks, graceful design, and comfortable handles, these premium scissors from Shun are an excellent complement to a set of Shuns. They also hold their own as an essential tool in a well-stocked kitchen. Using a tried and tested steel from their sister company Kershaw, these scissors are composed of a Chromium/Molybdenum alloy that is one of the best steels found in a set of shears.. It holds an edge well, can be resharpened (which won’t be necessary for a long time), and is extremely corrosion resistant.
These shears include a bone notch to deal with your poultry for soup stocks and various cooking applications. A long, slightly serrated cutting edge is great for gripping plastic packaging, and comfortable handles with rubberized inserts reduce fatigue, making these shears a pleasure for daily use. Also included is a prybar/screwdriver tip at the rear of the handle for all your prying needs, and a take-apart mechanism for easy cleaning.
