Description
The Fusion Classic 6" Boning/Fillet Knife is the perfect blade for removing bones and getting the best cuts of meat and fish. The blade shape is easy to maneuver, making your task a thousand times easier. Combining the fillet knife—suited to removing very intricate bones from meat with ease—and the boning knife, you can French racks of lamb, trim meats, debone fish, beef, or pork with this blade.
The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with an angle bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife's full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
