The Fusion Pro Grip 6" Boning Knife is a specialized knife with a narrow, sharp, pointed blade designed for removing bones from meat, poultry and fish, as well as trimming fat.
Fusion Pro Grip knives have blades stamped from German X50CrMoV15 steel alloy with a skillfully honed edge that is laser angle tested for enhanced sharpness, edge holding, and ease of re-sharpening. The ergonomic non-slip handle is made with comfortable Santoprene.
