The Fusion Pro Grip Brisket Knife 12" blade is long enough to slice through most cuts of meat in a single movement, and the hollow ground edge creates small air pockets between the blade and the food, which work to gently push food off the blade as you slice, reducing friction and drag. The result is uniform slices that were easy to cut.
