Description
The Hatsukokoro Ginga ATS 34 Petty Knife 6" is a versatile handmade Japanese utility knife that is ideal for most tasks in the kitchen. Sized between a chef's knife and a paring knife, it is useful for tight spaces, detailed prep work, and small hands.
The Ginga ATS 34 line of knives are a premium line of kitchen knives forged by master blacksmith Yoshihiro Yauji. Meaning "galaxy", the Ginga line is characterized by the striking mirror nickel Damascus finish on the ATS 34 stainless steel core.
The uniquely patterned stabilized birchwood handle is in the traditional octagonal style and includes a clean white G10 ring ferrule.
Due to the handmade nature of this knife, the colour and pattern of the knife, handle and ferrule may vary from knife to knife.
