The Kai Pro 7" Santoku is an Asian chef's knife, designed with a flat bottom and just a little bit of a belly curve to help with a rocking cut. The santoku is best used with fish, vegetables, and meats in a downward slice, and the razor sharp edge is sure to get you precise cuts.

Kai PRO is built for professional-level performance, and designed to stand up to the demands of a commercial kitchen. Kai PRO knives are made with high-carbon, Japanese AUS6M steel and hand-sharpened to a 16° edge for extreme sharpness, edge-retention, and precision handling. The striking blade is hammered for a beautiful design, but doubles as a function that assists with food release from the blade. Each knife has a full tang construction and a riveted POM handle for exceptional durability and strength. Kai PRO cutlery is NSF-certified with a limited lifetime warranty.
