Description
The Küssi Bamboo Board With Juice Groove is ideal for carving and general food preparation. The juice groove that encircles one side of the board prevents juice runoff while carving and ensures a less messy cleanup. The second side is flat for general food prep. Bamboo is 16% harder than maple for superior resistance to cuts and abrasions and resists moisture for better hygiene. This board is renewable and earth-friendly as bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants on earth.
