Although developing and forging the first blade blank required considerable time and effort, the result is a truly remarkable piece of craftsmanship.

The substantial blade features dual-sided serration, a classic Barber’s Notch, and is finished with an extra-hollow grind and ridge, creating refined performance and a distinctive acoustic character during shaving.

Its generously shaped handle is crafted from desert ironwood, a material prized for its density, hardness, and outstanding durability. Unlike the traditionally riveted construction used across most razors in the collection, this handle is assembled with decorative screws, highlighting the razor’s premium design. Desert ironwood’s natural resistance to wear and environmental conditions makes it especially well suited for long-term use.

Echoing the shape of the Barber’s Notch, the handle incorporates a cutout near the blade tip that reveals an ornamental intermediate piece—also crafted from Damascus steel—adding another exclusive detail to the design.

Finished with authentic Boker laser engraving at the blade passage, the razor is delivered with a certificate of authenticity and an elegant floating display presentation, and is meticulously handcrafted in the Boker knife manufactory in Solingen.
