The Nigara Anmon SG2 Kiritsuke Nakiri 7" is a handmade Japanese knife that merges the rectangular profile of a traditional vegetable cleaver Nakiri with the angled, pointy tip of a Kiritsuke. 

The Nigara Anmon series is inspired by the Anmon waterfalls, as evident in the ripple pattern of the Damascus cladding on the SG2 core. SG2 powderred stainless steel provides a fine and long-lasting edge, as well as rust-resistance. 

The traditional octagonal handle is made with uniquely patterned stabilized birch with a white G10 ferrule spacer. 

Due to the handmade nature of this knife, the colour and pattern of the knife, handle and ferrule may vary from knife to knife.
