Description
The EdgeLogix Safety Grip Sharpener offers two stages of sharpening that work on all straight-edged knives. The ultra-strong suction cup secures the sharpener safely to the countertop, preventing slipping and shifting. Use Stage 1 to sharpen a dull knife. Use Stage 2 directly after Stage 1 to hone the knife. Regular maintenance of your sharp knives can be done using Stage 2.
To use:
- Place on a clean, dry surface, and lock into place by pushing the lever down.
- Pull blade through desired slot, starting from the heel of the knife and finishing at the tip while maintaining moderate, even pressure.
CAUTION: Use on a flat surface and keep fingers away from the sharpener to prevent injury. Do not place in dishwasher or submerge in water.
