Henckels Cermax series features knives crafted by the Zwilling Seki factory combining German technology and manufacturing expertise with Japanese blade craftsmanship and its technical ingenuity. The blade core consists of a special powder steel, which under the name MicroCarbide offers a Rockwell Hardness of 66. The handle is made of Micarta, made of linen and synthetic resin.
