Description

Longer than a typical chef’s knife, the Fusion Classic 10” Chef’s Knife gives you extra blade to work with for extra large prep work. Named the “chef’s knife” because it can do practically anything in the kitchen, this multi-purpose knife can slice, mince, cut, chop, dice, julienne, and peel. The tapered shape of the blade is perfect for rocking cuts, allowing you to quickly chop up herbs or slice vegetables with ease.

The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with a half-bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife's full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
