Description

The long and narrow blade of the Fusion Touch 9" Carving Knife is specially designed for achieving thin slices of hams, roasts, and fish. With a bit of a wider belly than most carving knives, you can easily transport slices from the platter to your guests’ plates. The fine and precise tip is especially suited to piercing through tough roasted skins and getting your slices started.

Fusion Touch combines both quality and comfort to make your kitchen experience a joy. Each Fusion Touch blade is hot drop-forged from a single piece of German high-carbon stainless steel, crafted for years of lasting dependability and cutting excellence. Using X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade has exceptional edge retention and can easily be resharpened. The ergonomically-shaped handle with soft-grip Santoprene overmold promotes a comfortable, secure grip and resists slipping. The seamless constitution of the Fusion Touch makes it completely hygienic and NSF-approved.
