We know shopping for the Holidays can be stressful, so to keep us all merry and in good cheer, we'll be working with both Canada Post and FedEx to ensure your orders reach you in time. Please observe the following dates to ensure your purchases arrive in time for Christmas.

Shipping to Your Residence

Place your order on or before December 18th to ensure delivery to your house before Christmas. Unfortunately, Santa’s reindeer don’t have turbo-boost, so purchases made after December 18th may be delivered after Christmas. If you're shipping to the Northern Territories or Eastern provinces, we strongly recommend that you complete your order by December 15th.

In-store Pick Up Orders

We asked Saint Nick, but Rudolf was fully booked this season. As such, deliveries from the HOK Sleigh may be susceptible to waiting periods if severe weather conditions arise. To ensure your order arrives at your preferred store in time for Christmas, please place your orders on or before December 18th.
