The BALLARINI Murano wok lets you say non c’è problema to delicious aromas and healthy food preparation. The 12" pan is perfect for boiling, frying, deep-frying, steaming and braising. However, the classic wok cooking method is stir-frying. Rigorous stirring is no problem for the 5-ply GRANITIUM Extreme non-stick coating. Cooking in a wok requires constant high heat. Thanks to the wok’s solid, forged aluminium design, that’s not a problem. Regardless of whether you cook with gas, electricity or induction, this induction-compatible cookware makes it all possible.
As we all know, the first taste is with the eye, and the wok’s elegant granite-look design is thanks to Milan-based Studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez. The wok is dishwasher-safe. Nevertheless, we recommend gently cleaning it by hand to guarantee an optimal long life.
