Each blade is Damascus-clad in 68 layers of stainless steel around a VG-MAX hardened steel cutting core, ensuring the most precise edge every time you sharpen. The D-shaped handle is made of Ebony Pakkawood, fitting comfortably in the hand and providing optimal control during use. Each blade is sharpened to 16° per side, creating a razor-like edge that is acutely precise. Each blade is beautiful, supremely function, and hand-crafted in Japan.
